CT’s stomach wound was directly below her heart and we don’t know what blue dude’s armor enhancement is or if he has an AI. These unknown factors could provide an explanation. Also keep in mind that blue guy DID get knocked the fuck out…he didn’t IMMEDIATELY get back up and CT didn’t IMMEDIATELY die…she bled out.
As a side note, and this is purely conjecture, it’s possible that without an AI, CT using her enhancement drained her shields. That would make it easier to kill her.
